Friia Frigg
Frigg (Old Norse: Frigg) is the wife of Odin and queen of Asgard. She is the goddess of marriage, motherhood, the household, and prophetic wisdom. Frigg sits on Odin's high seat Hliðskjálf and can see across all the worlds — yet she is famously silent about what she sees. She is the mother of Baldur and Höðr. When Baldur began dreaming of his own death, Frigg traveled to every being in existence, extracting oaths that they would not harm him — all except the young mistletoe, which she thought too small and harmless. This omission had fatal consequences. Frigg is associated with the distaff and weaving — symbols of fate being spun.
